A great high school romantic comedy.

The taming of the Shrew (Shakespeare) retold in a modern setting.

This is a very good movie.

Lots of fun and very popular.

A nearly divorced father of two teenagers suddenly gets turned into a 17 year old and tries to solve his problems by enrolling at his children’s high school.

A very entertaining movie. Plenty of laughs and a good basic message.

Zac Effron shows how good an actor he is, playing a 30 something man stuck in a teenager’s body.

Highly recommended, teens and adults should enjoy this movie.

50 First Dates

Just as good as “The Wedding Singer”, Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore make a great match in this romantic comedy.

Great laugh out loud scenes, great scenery in Hawaii, fun premise (every date is a first date for a girl with amnesia).

If you want a good romantic comedy, this is it.

Teens should enjoy, but will be even more appreciated by adults who love the 80’s.

A classic 80’s movie. This is the kind of movie that made John Cusack famous.

Full of great scenes that Tom Hanks does very well.

Suitable for young teens and up. It is also good for nostalgia for your childhood and for the 80’s.

Blast From the Past

A man comes back to civilization after being stuck in a bomb shelter his whole life with his parents.

Fun, not apocalyptic, a mix of romantic comedy and straight out fun. Watch out especially for Brendan Fraser dominating the dance floor in a 40’s style club. This is one great movie.

It has a great story. It’s light, fun, and has no crude humour.

A classic pirate movie and one of the best. Clear good and bad guys. Pirate action without the blood. Suitable for family viewing, except young children.

The pirate film by which all others are judged.

Coming to America

Not a kids movie, but not too much adult stuff.

This is an entertaining comedy and romance. The music at the start is especially catchy.

A fantasy world Cinderella story that is light hearted, funny, and very enjoyable. This is a bit different as it mixes lots of unrealistic but well made moments into the story.

Fans of romance should love this.
A classic Jane Austin story, though not strict to the book.

A fairly light movie with some good humour and lots of phrases to quote. There is nothing here that is not suitable for children, but it probably won’t interest them. It is suited to teenagers and up.
