Journey to the Center of the EarthA modern retelling of the classic book. While visiting a dormant volcano, a geologist and a couple of assistants accidentally fall down a big hole to the centre of the earth, where they discover a whole new world.

An exciting adventure that is suitable for the whole family. It is not high class cinema, but it is full of great special effects, humour, adventure, and is very satisfying.

InkheartWithout giving too much away, this movie is about books that come to life.

A great fantasy adventure. Lots of fun, adventure, and
special effects. See it on the big screen if you can.

Suitable for the family yet not a kids movie. No bad language and little violence, yet it will keep you hooked the whole way.

This is based on the first book of a set of three. Some parts are changed, but it still works very well. If you like the movie, read the books, I couldn’t put them down.

This is also a great movie for showing how exciting reading can be.

Blast From the Past

A man comes back to civilization after being stuck in a bomb shelter his whole life with his parents.

Fun, not apocalyptic, a mix of romantic comedy and straight out fun. Watch out especially for Brendan Fraser dominating the dance floor in a 40′s style club. This is one great movie.

It hasĀ a great story. It’s light, fun, and has no crude humour.

The Mummy 3The third in the Mummy series features more special effects, jokes, and fun.

However most people seem to agree that it was not as good as the first two.

If you liked the first two in the Mummy series then this is still entertaining, but don’t expect the great balance that particularly the first movie had.

The Mummy 2The Mummy Returns (The Mummy 2) is nearly as fun as the first movie in the series.

It is more of the same, but if you enjoyed The Mummy, you will probably enjoy this one too.

Big budget and lots of special effects.
