CharadeThe wife of a murdered man is pursued by a group of men who want the fortune her husband stole.

This is a clever mixture of thrills, suspense, and humour. Lots of plot twists make it a great ride. Yes it is suspenseful, but it ‘s not the kind of movie to give nightmares.

So well made you’d think it was by Hitchcock.

Arsenic and Old LaceAn old black and white classic that is also a stage play. This is a great farce.

Cary Grant plays the main character very well and there are plenty of laughs. A great movie if you want to do a bit of classics appreciation. Made in the days when the writing and story had to be good.

A clean movie probably appreciated by adults more than children simply because there are no children’s scenes in it.
If you want a good classic movie for a group of friends to watch as something a bit different than modern stuff, this will satisfy.
